When will WE have the next Nation Wide Tea Party Event
ByThere is a great deal of debating going on about what do we do next? The big question is when will we have the next nation wide Tea Party event?
The next officially scheduled event is for July 4th and the general consensus is that people are not wanting to wait this long for a nation wide Tea Party event. I felt it would be a good idea to put out a poll to see if we can’t come to terms on a definitive date. The two days I have chosen are the ones mentioned by others and are at about the halfway point of the April 15th event and the upcoming July 4th Tea Party event. I will run this poll for one week so we can give people a chance to make the necessary preparations to attend.

First of all I am sorry I had to break down my message but I had to match the space available, thank you for the response. Just like I read yours, we all read but for one reason we don’t respond, watch TV, etc. but remember we are the silent majority. We are not violent but we need to speak with one solid voice, so when talking we tell the same story, just like the Bible. 2nd message to all follows.

Have you ever tried to eat broth with a fork? It takes too long! Double the teeth and a miracle happen, you created a spoon! Now you can eat all the soup! Same with people just a few, add some and soon you have a choir….. Why do you think the socialists started ACORN and now the Gov is giving them a Bailout…to continue recruiting!
Good ideas ev1, what ever y'll decide is fine with me..I personally am not waiting ..lol. I do my thing every weekend and if I can , during the week as well..
In the weekend of April 11, we, my niece Michelle,and I, had put together a TEA PARTY of our own, here at my house, which is on the main drag of town. It was a big success. A lot of positive support from the locals, with only a couple, not so favorable to what we were doing. Then on April 15th, another, where it extended to the middle of town for a few hours in the main city park, which is in the heart of town and on the lake.
We live in a small town in Northern Michigan, and am proud to say, that we were the 1st, in the history of this town, that anything like this has been done..We were in the 2 local News papers, ours and our sister city, and on the radio. It was awesome and am looking forward to more .
So, I will be in touch and will be looking for whatever the majority decides

Angelsmom, God Bless you and your niece for doing such a great thing. This is in no way intended to cause people to wait to hold their events. It is an effort to try and drum up some additional support for another national event before the July 4th planned Tea Party. Many of the people writing me and that I have spoken to personally agree that we need to keep the fire burning and that an earlier event is critical to continue building support. The whole 912 Project is all about local gatherings to help educate our friends, family, and neighbors about the history of America and about all that is happening to her with today's, and past, political environments.

good for you Angelsmom — Some of us from the Fort Atkinson tea party are getting together tuesday to build a group and plan for the July 4th party.. for anyone out there who is looking for places to start, here are some things I have found out… be sure to check you local chamber of commerce calendar.. maybe you can set up a booth a farmers market, or other type of out door fair.. talk to your local paper, and find out what type of lead time they need, and what types of things they are interested in publishing..,get a contact name. Talk to the local police department and city hall to see if any permits are required.. Did you know that many public libraries have free meeting rooms? So do some churches… having a garage sale, or know someone who is? post a sign about what this movement is all about… people who go to garage sales often don't have a lot of cash, and if someone is trying to take what they do have, they want to know about it… just go out and talk and be friendly and remember to take advantage of whatever your town has to offer in the way of public events and meeting places…
Sally & Angelsmom, good planning, great suggestions. It's amazing that while we are worry about our children and our Country, must people are missing what the other side of the fence are already doing. In just a little more than 100 days they have done enormous changes and their intent is to catch every one sleeping by doing it a little at the time. That is how Russia went back and Putin is the man. Castro took less than a year to turn Cuba; Chaves is so strong now that there is little anyone can do. I made a flyer that I am going to place on every grocery, restaurant and house parking lot that I can. I am attacking the Economy this week but the banks, the schools, health care are coming next. I know our “Leader” doesn’t speak Spanish but he already knew the story in the book.
