National Grand Jury Indicts Obama For Fraud And Treason
ByAs many of you already know, I make it a point to just let you know about the latest information regarding political issues that pop up in the news and the web. A friend has passed along some information to me that led me to find the following details. I am not a legal expert and am not entirely sure of what to make of it. I do know this information will make some of you extremely happy. So, here is the information so you can decide.
(United States of America) – April 29th 2009 – At 8 P.M, ET American Grand Jury convened and conducted a hearing with regard to CRIMINAL activity, complaints and allegations presented before said Jury.
After reviewing the evidence and voting, the 32 member American Grand Jury handed down the presentment(s) recommending that person(s) known as Barack Obama, aka: Barack Obama, Jr., aka: Barack Hussein Obama, aka: Barry Soetoro; aka: Barry Obama; aka: Barack H. Obama, aka: Barack Obama II, presumed President of the United States, be tried in Criminal Court for charges of fraud (eligibility) and treason.
Said Grand Jury was convened under the power and authority vested with the people as guaranteed under the Constitution of the United States of America, Amendent 5 of the Bill of Rights.
The American Grand Jury was served by people from different States within the Union, said people being citizens as were sworn under Oath as to Eligibility for and Service in behalf of the Grand Jury:
The American Grand Jury used established public evidence and testimony recognized by expert witnesses with a long professional history of forensic experience in handing down the presentment(s).
Caveat: Grand Jury hearings are secret and all proceedings will remain confidential until released by the courts.

This "American Grand Jury" is nothing more than a crude attempt of a neocon to mislead you other neocons.
This "American Grand Jury," something cooked up in the imagination of neocon, Sam Sewell, has no authority what-so-ever. It cannot hand down official incitements nor can it compel testimony. In addition, no real federal or state grand jury (which the so-called "American Grand Jury" is not) can indite a sitting President.
Article !, Section 3 of the United States Constitution provides that only the United States House of Representatives has the authority to indite a sitting American President…and that requires official charges and a majority vote to impeach. Neither of those things has or will occur.
Folks don't let idiots like Sam Sewell con you into thinking his crazy brain child, the so-called "American Grand Jury," has any meaning what so ever.

…The purpose of any Presidential election is to select the leader favored by the majority of voters in each state. We add up the electoral votes based on these state elections and we have a President. If you want to get President Obama out of office you will need a majority of electoral votes to do it.

The Grand Jury tactic really has their leaders concerned. They have been ordered to spread rumors that people who participate in Constitutional Grand Juries are breaking the law and will go to jail. They will use any weak argument and select real or imagined criminal codes to scare people.
Getting together to examine evidence of possible crimes by politicians and presenting evidence of such alleged crimes to the judiciary is "the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances".
Given the significant increase in warnings and delusional, irrational, obscene, threatening comments from Obama supporters I would conclude that Obama's lawyers and administration propagandists think the Grand Jury tactic is a real threat.

I was so disgusted I voted for myself in '88 – Perot -Perot – Nader – and finally Bush. I have lots of experience at backing losing candidates. So my voting record is Democratic and Independent. Bush is the first Republican I have ever voted for and that was because I couldn’t trust Kerry to defend the country. I also reluctantly voted for McCain because at least he could be trusted more that AKA with national defense.

Sam, certainly the right of a defendant in a criminal case to insist the Government be required to get a grand jury indictment before ever proceeding with a trial is an important right. However, that has nothing to do with your "grand jury" which is not a duly sworn jury nor does any court in the land recognize your so-called grand jury in anyway. In addition, since your focus seems to be on inditing the President and such an indictment requires a majority vote of the House of Representatives it would seem your efforts are in vain. Of course, even impeachment is meaningless unless the Senate convicts…and that requires a super majority. Since the Democrats…the President's own Party…are the clear and overwhelming majority in the House and Senate and impeachment is thus impossible, perhaps its time you stop your insane obsession with overturning the '08 election and offer up alternative plans to those being voiced by the Democrat side of the aisle.

Despite what your propaganda masters say, one thing is sure; In practice the authority of the grand jury has been eroded, but not by law. Grand Juries can still be formed, hearings can be conducted, investigations can be made, subpoena can be issues and indictments can be presented all without the involvement of a judge or prosecutor.
In fact not only is it possible but it is going on in several jurisdictions as I type this. The indictment packets have arrived in the hands of the presenters.

Despite your wishful thinking, your so-called "grand juries" have no authority, are not duly sworn in jurors, and are nothing more than a manifestation of your desire to undo a lawful election in which you conservatives lost not only the White House but also your political influence in the House and Senate. You conservatives were warned for 8 years where your extremist policies and anti-American philosophies were leading — but your neocons leaders "wisely" ignored the overwhelming majority of Americans and continued your anti-American practices. Your main party, the Republican Party, has now all but completely collapsed and at best it will be 50 years before you conservatives can rebuild your political power base.

Texas Law: : “The grand jury's investigation of any matter may be initiated by the court, the district attorney, its own members, or any credible person. The grand jury may summon witnesses by subpoena and examine them under oath. I pray this is true. How long can we afford to wait? How much destruction to the Constitution can America take before we are no more? There's more than ample evidence for treason, on Obama's part and that of certain others in his administration. Pelosi is also complicit.
The insidious take over by the federal government has been going on for a long time. It's no longer insidious, it's blatant and growing at lightening speed, destroying our Founding Fathers' vision, a vision that created the greatest country on earth.

If I'm ever penalized by my government for expressing my beliefs, then so be it. I've lived too long with my freedoms to give them up now, and I'll work to get back some of them that have been taken away by our socialist government.

This has got the greatest propaganda ploy in the history of American politics. The indictsment are not going anywhere. This just an attempt to do an end run around the constitution. Your problem is that none of your charges have any basis in fact ,let alone reality. Why don't you charge
Pres.Bush with negligence in not insuring this man eligibility. He was suppose to keep us safe. He failed us we need to drag his ass out his Dallas home and try him.
