Just the Other Day….
ByJust the other day, I was ready to submit my latest happy thoughts on a post. I was giddy about health and I wanted to be happily edgy. I had put together a wonderful piece about, how with all of the other problems in the world, at least America was fortunate to have the best health care system in the world and on average Americans are healthier because of same. Then came along the “Swine Flu” and I was suddenly aghast and silent. Studying the situation, I didn’t even want to go into the reformation cycle of the administration’s wishes. It had been a fine, kind essay. Oh well, never let it be said, that I didn’t want to be a positive force.
Speaking of positive forces, my local group of Tea Party participants are readying for another set. Memorial Day is our next outing. I see Tea Party events are becoming a regular event daily somewhere in the country which makes me wonder

why Obama is overly stressed about them? They are respectful events without antagonizing by ACORN & MSM but let’s not digress.
I see that the Anti-Torture Protesters, numbering less than 150 today in DC, had over 1/3 of their members arrested. Could be that their liberal hysteria and their civil disobedience with impeding progress created their “martyrdom”. So sad, but I say that if they believe the “enemy combatants” need rescue, let each of the protesters take one of the Gitmo detainees home. Let’s see how that goes over since it would probably be considered a community service, in more ways than one. The protesters and the Gitmo detainees would also be able to share the common bond of arrest.

This entire article is ridiculous.
First off, this "Grand Jury" is not a grand jury…it has no authority what so ever.
Second, no President can be indited or tried by any grand jury. Article I, Section 3 of the United States Constitution governs procedures for inditement (impeachment) and trial (by the Senate) of any President. A grand jury…even a real and lawful grand jury, is not the House of Representatives which alone has the sole authority to indite a sitting President.
Please neocons, this kind of nonsense is just making you look even more stupid than you already appear.
