Keyes is a big boy and I am sure he and his attorney will get this criminal charge worked out one way or another. I suspect he will probably end up pleading guilty, but at this point all any of us can do is speculate on that. As to slander and/or libel...well keyes is not a private individual. He makes his living in the public eye which changes the slander and libel rules as compared to private citizens such as you or me. In addition, I am not the one that has charged him with a criminal offense...that would be the police. Hey...I have an idea!...maybe he can sue the police for slander and/or libel!
