Support the March on DC 2010 Rally
Time to take our country back!
ByI believe we need to get back our country and do it as quickly as possible. We need a return to the years of smaller government and a better economy, I believe they go hand in hand. Less government interference and lower taxes equals more jobs and a solid economy, it is a time tested fact.
I don’t want my kids brainwashed into being drones for a restrictive government, or to be told there is no God. They and their own future children should not be taxed excessively to pay off government debt they had no decision in bringing about. And I certainly do not want to bail out California which is a blatant example of Taxation without Representation.
We need to stop arguing with the hard core left wingers and work on educating the people who would have been Reagan Democrats in better times. We need to get our friends and neighbors who are not interested in politics to see the light. The more legitimate votes we can get in 2010 the harder it will be for the election to be rigged by ACORN. It is time to remind the government that they serve us and not the other way around. It is time to show them the We do indeed Surround Them!

Just wanted to say HI. I found your blog a few days ago on Technorati and have been reading it over the past few days.

Randy,…
…given the fact that the vast majority of Americans have strongly rejected neconism, your hopes of placing our Nation back under the control of a neocon dictator like Bush is nothing but wishful thinking. Do you really think we the majority will just forget all the evil things you neocons did to our Nation for 8 years?

Randy,
You state that Bush was "elected to two terms." That is incorrect. Bush was appointed to his first term by the Republican Justices on the Supreme Court in a 5-4 decision that fell strictly upon party lines. We don't know who won the 2000 election because the Florida votes were never fully counted and the counting of votes was stopped. We do know that Gore had over half a million more votes total, Nationally, than did Bush.
As to being a dictator, early on Bush claimed the right to recind legislation that had been passed by Congress and signed into law by previous presidents (see FISA law, Title 50, Chapter 36 of Federal Acts for more on this). Claiming the authority to enact or recind legislation with out first getting a duly authorized bill from Congress is one of the major charactoristics of a dictatorship. As to his leaving office "willingly," Bush left office because he had no other option. Had he refused to leave office, he would have quickly found himself under arrest and facing charges on orders of the new President, President Obama.

Actually all I did to my country was work two jobs and pay taxes. Bush was fairly elected to two terms and left office willingly. I hardly call that a dictator.

As I pointed out Randy, its a fact that Bush was selected by his Party members on the Supreme Court to be President in the 2000 election. Being selected in a 5-4 split decision by one's own party members on the Supreme Court is not anywhere near the same as being elected. As to you, if you supported Bush then you too are responsible for the calamity that followed. In fact, accepting responsibility for the failures of conservatives and their policies seems to have become a trademark of the neocons these days.

CORRECTION: in my previous comment I meant to say "Not accepting responsibility…"

Bush won Florida, and any Fl. votes News Across feels weren't counted were probably fraudulent Acorn registrations anyway. Therefore, uncer our system, the electoral college Bush won. If you don't like the electoral college sytem, then get it changed by constitutional amendment. Enough of the past anyway. We need to woory about the fact that the economic mistakes made by the previous administration are only being expanded upon by the current administraton. It is time for Term Limits! Three House terms, Two Senate terms and out! Give me a group of candidates willing to accept this and write the amendment necesarry to put teeth into it. Until then bug the hell out of congress and the senate to get out of banking automaking, health care, education, and the home mortagage business. The job of the federal government should limited to National Defense, Border Security, and kicking butt on Jihadists or anyone else that threatens national security PERIOD!!!!! The government that governs least is the government that governs best!!!!!!

Isn't it obvious that Obama is actually anti-american. Maybe McCain's claims of him having Islamic ties is not so crazy. He is doing everything in his power to bring this country down! Come on. He is trying to let his murderous brothers out of Gitmo so they can terrorize us more. He lied his butt off to get elected and has done the opposite of everything he said he would. He is a liar. My husband works at a railcar co. They haven't gotten any contracts for new cars and were told that they were going to refit and make windmills. They did all the planning and were told sorry, all the money is going overseas. What better way to attack our country then to get one of their own in the leading office. It is time to fight for our country folks, before there is no country left.

How do you know Bush won Florida since the counting of the votes was stopped by the Republican Justices on the Supreme Court by a party line vote of 5-4?
As far as term limits go, we already have them…we call them "elections."
As to the job of the government…that is something We the Majority decide. Until your opinion is represented by the majority…which won't be anytime soon…it will remain nothing more than your opinion.
