“Call to Action” – Healthcare Funeral Procession

Imagine, Patriots in every town in the U.S. participating to get the word out that we do NOT want Universal healthcare!

We did this last weekend and the turnout was fabulous. We met people in our group of 300 that we had never seen. I actually think this is the key to get people out of their houses! They don’t feel threatened, they are in the protection of their own car, etc..

This Saturday, July 25th, 2009, let’s put some mileage on our protest signs! Instead of standing on the corner of a busy street, we are going to caravan around town with signs on our cars & flags waving in the wind! We have several vehicles now and we need many more. The bigger the “convoy” the better.

You can purchase “window paint” at the craft or office supply stores. You can write your message on your windows. This washes off very easily! (I promise, I use it often.) You can tape homemade signs to your windows or doors. You can hang flags from your antennas. Anything to get our message out.

We can stick together and drive about 5 miles under the speed limit (just don’t break any local laws) and everyone passing us or stopped at the street lights will have to read our messages. Just think! We’ll use about a gallon of gas, sit in our air-conditioned comfort and wave at people that we don’t even know. How much more fun could you ask for? We have to keep trying to get the truth out there, people.

The message we are working on this week will be protesting the Obama Health Care agenda. We don’t have much time. Hopefully, this will encourage some, who sit silent, to get out of the house and make a statement! We will meet at the (any parking lot, mall etc.) @ 11:00 am and drive until ??. LET’S ROLL!!!

This protest venue does not involve any intricate planning. Just post it to your local group calendar (also send as email to entire group, family, friends), email EVERYONE in your address book, post it on every grassroots organization or coalition you know of or belong to. Paint your messages on your window, secure your flags, blow your horns and hit the streets! The longer the caravan, the more attention you get.

People have time to read the messages when they have lots of them to read. Flags draw their eyes first. On the first vehicle, make sure you put ” Private Healthcare Funeral Procession” and on the last car put your meetup group website. It’s easier than you think to round up 10-20 cars. We actually had one join in with us in the middle of the trip. Good luck and let me know how it went!!! It helps to pop in a patriotic cd…You look in the rearview mirror and you almost have to cry…with pride!

ALSO…email Glenn Beck and ask that he mention it on his radio show OR his tv show. If he did…my, would we have a huge nationwide turnout!!
