When agreeing to the Terms and Service on this website it has been found that any persons agreeing to the TOS on cars.gov will also agree to release all rights of access to their computers by the Federal Government of the United States. Is this a fluke or is it planned?
Having worked at a dealership, I know that the computers in most dealerships are all networked together. What this tells me is that if one person on the network logs into this cars.gov and agrees to the Terms of Service, everything within the entire network has just become a part of the TOS. This would include all the detailed record of customers and everything else that sales people, customer service people, or others have on their computers. Is this just another part of the Government Motors of the United States?
