Using Federal Record-Keeping Laws to Document Intimidation Tactics

By Proud American

We are all well aware of the White House’s communications director, Linda Douglass, and her new job of coming up with creative ways to find ways to fend off the facts that so many of us have uncovered. In creating this job it has been brought to our attention that it is in direct violation of U.S. Code 552a, which prevents the White House from recording those in opposition as a way to intimidate the use of free speech. Judge Napolitano reminded us of this important law while appearing on Neil Cavuto’s show and on the Glenn Beck Show recently.

Not only did the Judge point the above mentioned law out, but he also reminded us of the fact that the White House is NOT permitted to remove anything, that is sent in via any correspondence, from public record per Federal Record-keeping Laws. The low-down is that anything sent to the White House becomes a matter of public record and must remain so, unless someone decides that the laws of the United States do not apply to them and they delete the communications anyway.

With all that said, why don’t we use this against those who are trying to intimidate We The People from pointing out the key elements that are pushing to move to a socialized United States. What you can do, if you so choose, is to find every detail we can muster up about various bills, intimidation tactics being used, and maybe some speeches that have been caught on tape. Do not include attachments. Copy and paste as much into the email as possible and then email it to their snitch (fishy) email address at flag@whitehouse.gov and make it a matter of permanent public record. When dealing with videos or audio, you might want to find a transcript of that event to copy into the body of the email, along with a link to the real video or audio as backup.

This is just an idea being presented to you. It is up to you to decide whether it is in your best interest to use this idea. As you might already be able to figure out, there may be some reprocussions through various intimidation tactics by lawless people in high levels of government.

I forgot to mention that you need to do this as quickly as you can before they realize their mistake and shut their little "fishy" campaign down.
