Jesse Kelly Fills in for Canceled Rep. Gabrielle Giffords at Town Hall Meeting

By

On Auguest 13, 2009, Arizona’s 8th District Congressional candidate, Jesse Kelly, filled in for Rep. Gabrielle Giffords after she canceled a planned town hall meeting that was originally scheduled to be on Veterans issues.

While taking questions from all sides of the argument, a lady in attendance questioned statements he had made and asked for proof of his statements being in the contents of the health care reform bill. Jesse Kelly was more than happy to provide the questioner with copies of the specifics taken directly from the bill. Unfortunately, the video below does not show her responses after seeing the specifics in print, as presented in the bill itself.

See the results of the meeting in the video below.

  1. truth says:

So, what do you know about that. Answers. From the holy grail.
That gentleman had it right. TORT reform, or this is all smoke, no matter what. The attorneys,ACLU,the courts and MOST of the organizations who want it are in it up to their elbows. They want your money, your health be damned.
Tumors thrive on a good blood supply. TORT reform and restrictions will starve out the cancer of unnecessary litigations.
