God Bless all of you. I must confess, though, I have found myself in a problem and I don't know what to do. I went to Washington DC this past weekend and it was absolutly incredible. I've never been more proud to be an American. Unfortunatly, I missed a day of work so I could attend and today I was let go. I tried to explain to my boss that our country is more important than one day of work and that I was helping protect our great country. It didn't matter, though. :( I'm so sad, I don't know what to do. My husband died a few years ago and my daughter is 16 and has ulcerative colitis, which is a terrible, terrible disease that effects the large intestine. You can read more about it at WebMD on the internet. I will probably get avicted from my apartment because I cant pay my rent and no longer have insurance. I'm not so concerned about myself but I'm just devestated that I've let my daughter down. I pray to the Good Lord that a miracle will happen and I can provide for her but things are so tough now. I can't stop crying but can't let her see me weak or she will become stressed and might have a flare-up and be in so much pain. I have been in my room crying all night. I am so sorry to put all this out here - I've never posted on the internet before. What can I do? I'm so scared and I don't want to disappoint any of the fine people I met last Saturday as well.
