Washington DC Finally Sees Bi-Partisan Support – The Alaskan State Senators
ByThe Alaskan State Senators are in agreement. They are Democratic Senator Mark Begich and Republican Senator Lisa Murkowski. What a team! They agreed to disagree with Washington DC’s neglect of Alaska Territorial Guard’s remaining Veterans. How classically crass the actions of POTUS and the corrupt administration are toward Patriotic servicemen of any era.
An article in the Anchorage Daily News online reveals that a remaining small band (26 members) of Patriots who served this country during World War II as a part of the Territorial Guard, would have their benefits cut, due directly to the Obama Administration. Why? The administration can try to erase and eradicate the just history of the USA all they want, but there are so many of us watching this administration’s every move. We won’t allow real Americans to suffer while you in Washington, DC just blow through cash on dead end deals. The President spends money on his “Cash for Clunkers” program and spends so called stimulus money in areas of the country that were strong supporters of his during the Presidential campaign, while ignoring many other regions of the country. There is so much money being wasted by this administration and yet they can’t provide benefits for those who have served.
These Twitter friends brought this information to my attention: iammob and STXherry. Thanks so much for your diligence. We must take care of all Veterans. Who knows where the administration will cut next? Will it be the Korean War, the Viet Nam War, Desert Storm Vets? Will it be the many before, during, and after conflicts and those veterans? This is really something for all to think about!
