WASHINGTON – President Barack Obama declared the swine flu outbreak a national emergency, giving his health chief the power to let hospitals move emergency rooms offsite to speed treatment and protect noninfected patients.
The declaration, signed Friday night and announced Saturday, comes with the disease more prevalent than ever in the country and production delays undercutting the government’s initial, optimistic estimates that as many as 120 million doses of the vaccine could be available by mid-October.

Important things to know:
The shot violates your 4th amendment right, and if you go to your local Walgreens and ask for a copy of the insert that came with their vaccine shipment you will see that it clearly states that this vaccine has not been tested on animals for reproductive issues or sterility.
[The following is commentary from a 3rd party and has not been checked for medical accuracy, but then again you have an FDA approved rush vaccine so who's to say what's accurate these days]
The manufactured “swine flu” hysteria continues. Refute the “outbreak” and dispel the myth that H1N1 is deadly. If you attend meetings, bring articles from Doctors, researchers, journalists, acedemic reports, and hold them up while you speak.
* When they talk about H1N1 deaths, quickly refute that Vitamin D3 is an immunity builder and that most people are Vitamin D deficient, and no tests were done to find out if people were D3 deficient, already sick from pharmaceutical drugs, and had weakened immune systems.
* When they talk about gov’t intervention to contain the “outbreak”, quickly refute them as unnecessary, ineffective, costly, that Vitamin D3 boosts the immune system, then bring it back to dispelling the myth that it’s an “outbreak”.
* If you talk about the vaccine, you’ve already conceded it’s an “outbreak”. Quickly refute the vaccine as untested, contains deadly squalene, has crippled and killed people, makes money for drug companies that also have legal immunity over deaths, and then bring it back to dispelling the myth that the flu is deadly or is an “outbreak”.
* If they counter with “optional” mercury free vaccine, tell them you have no way of knowing and will not risk your health based on their advise, the vaccine is untested, there are safer ways of staying healthy, and then bring it back to dispelling the myth that the flu is deadly or is an “outbreak”.

Question Trent, and you can email me, don't answer here..or you can, but do both. SO..this is saying that because I have a weakened immune system (I have a rare illness) then not to get it, even under recommendation of Doctors? Let me know if I am reading this right. TY!
Kat, The only thing I am out to do is to educate people on the risks whether they take the vaccine or not. The facts still lie with the H1N1 vaccine and that it has gone through very little testing. The fact is, the people are the lab rats.
Will I take the vaccine? Absolutely not! I will not tell you or anyone else to not get the vaccine and your particular situation will obviously add many additional concerns whether you get it or don't.
I can tell you that several specialty doctors, when surveyed by me, have told me they WILL NOT get the vaccine. And yet, a general family physician told me that he was encouraging his patients to get it and that he did not see anything wrong with getting it.
I sure don't have the answers and it appears the doctors can't agree on an answer either.
I'm not saying H1N1 is not serious, however, I was told by my Dr. the same thing, this vaccine has not been fully tested & yes, we are lab rats when it comes to this vaccine. Every year, 1000's of people pass away due to the "regular old flu." The peak of flu season doensn't start until January, & to those who've already received the H1N1 vaccine have done so out of fear. I wil not get this vaccine until it is furthur tested. Something tells me after this flu season, there will've been enough "lab rats" to draw a conclusion. I bekleve the best way to combat this flu is simple common sense. Most grocery stores have sterilized wipes to use on shopping carts;steralize workout equipment & carry hand sanitizer. Staralize to the best of your ability public places where one might pick up theses germs. Keep your kids out of arcades, etc until this passes. There are many ways a person can protect themselves. BO declaring this a national emergency is what it is-a scare tactic. Of course the young & elderly should receive a flu shot as in years past. But BO's declaration of a national emergency is,to put it mildly, premature.

For what it is worth, my doctor told my wife(ok now it is gossip) that since she is in a daycare and they have had H1N1 confirmed with some of the kids, she need not bother. Cat is already out of the bag, and she has been exposed. __Face it folks, this one is making the rounds, your body does NOT instantly have itself built up. It's already among us folks, and now they are chasing delivery of serum?__If you weren't already, you will likely be exposed before any benefit from a late innoculation. It's obviously a fast mover. Innoculation may well be a waste of time. I am not poo pooing the flu, but I think the white house needed another crisis in which to flex their muscle, so this is being pumped, but it's full of holes. __Drink Milk. I has D added as a gov. requirement. And it helps global warming, hence lowering my heat bill.
Am sure that Trent is not giving medical advice, but is posting information so that we can make decisions for ourself about getting H1N1 vaccinations. It is always best to get all the info we can so as to make an informed decision about our own lives.

MediaCurves.com conducted a study among 572 physicians regarding their concerns about the H1N1 swine flu. Results found physicians’ level of concern regarding a potential H1N1 flu pandemic is the highest since initial reports of the virus in April. With regard to the government preparedness in responding to a potential H1N1 epidemic, physicians rated preparedness the lowest since initial reports of the H1N1 virus in April.

It looks to me like a fairly well balanced study. The one detail I'd like to see is what level of physicians the individuals were who were surveyed?
The reason I say this is because ALL the specialists I've spoken with in the past several weeks, have told me that they absolutely WILL NOT take the H1N1 vaccination. At the same time, the family practice physicians have all told me they would take it and that they didn't see any issue with it. Sure would like to get an idea of what the specialists know that the family docs don't, or the other way around.
Yup. I think this is obamaherring.
My family doc says no as I stated before, and he is not a koolaid drinker, from what I can tell.
