The Obama Birth Certificate is Still an Issue for Many

I am writing today to provide some important updates for an issue that has been considered by some as being highly controversial just because a few highly influential individuals have chosen to make it so.  Whether you may agree with this or not, it is something that is still a growing concern amongst many of our readers and the updates still need to be reported. What seems to fuel this issue more than anything else is the large amounts of campaign funds being spent to protect the original records which are suppose to be on file in Hawaii. Many question why there would be so much money spent to keep records sealed that should  have been public information prior to any Presidential candidate being permitted to become a candidate.

While many Patriots attack important issues like nationalized health care and the highly unpopular cap and trade bills, many others have found it to be their calling to force the disclosure of Barack Obama’s birth certificate. This movement has been labeled by many as being not important and even been labeled by people, on both sides of the fence, as the “Birthers”. Even with this label, the same individuals have continued to follow the latest news with the movement. And yet, most meetings I have had, someone has brought this issue up and quietly admitted that they believe it to be of great concern to them, even though popular talk show hosts continue to bash those seeking that Obama’s birth certificate should be made public. What’s even more interesting is that I know from one meeting that many lawmakers in Washington know that the online version is not the real version.

Now many months later, after presentments have been delivered to Washington, DC and in particular to Chief Judge Royce C. Lamberth, the American Grand Jury moves forward with action and actions upon a Motion to Reconsider. Updates on this issue continue to be found on http://americangrandjury.org/.

And yet more charges have now been filed against President Obama in US District Court, Washington (09-346-RCL) the American Grand Jury releases:

PRESS RELEASE: November 17th, 2009 by American Grand Jury:

Lt. Commander Walter Fitzpatrick III levels charge in an effort to avert what he described as a pending civil war.

American Grand Jury has incorporated the Fitzpatrick criminal complaint within its Presentments. The Presentments were served on the United States District Court for the District of Columbia on July 2nd, 2009. The Presentments are still pending before Chief Judge Royce Lamberth. Two Orders, a Motion to Reconsider, and a Response have been issued. The American Grand Jury Response to the Court’s 2nd Order was filed in late October. The Response is currently pending before the Court.

If acted upon, the Grand Jury Presentments would require that Obama be criminally indicted for fraud as to “Eligibility” and “Treason” per the Fitzpatrick complaint.

American Grand Jury is actively pursuing the serving of Presentments in a number of United States District Courts in different States.

Whether you agree with this issue or not, the American Grand Jury continues to be doing the American Citizenry’s homework with plans to eventually force the exposure of President Obama’s birth certificate for all the world to see.
