The Patriots Are Beginning to Stand Up… Enter Parker Griffith

Congressman Parker Griffith switches from Democratic Party to Republican Party

Just a few hours ago at 2:00 pm EST, the United States of America accepted the latest great American Patriot. Welcome Parker Griffith who has left the slime of the Democratic Party in the U.S. House of Representatives to cross party lines and declare alignment with the Republican Party values. There were no kind words of farewell to the Democrats.

Congressman Griffith commented in a statement,

“Unfortunately there are those in the Democratic Leadership that continue to push an agenda focused on massive new spending, tax increases, bailouts and a health care bill that is bad for our healthcare system.

“I have always considered myself to be an independent voice and I have tried to be that voice in Congress – but after watching this agenda firsthand I now believe that the differences in the two parties could not be more clear and that for me to be true to my core beliefs and values I must align myself with the Republican party and speak out clearly on these issues.”

There is opportunity for change growing daily and Rep. Parker Griffith is just one more example of the changes to come.

Congratulations Rep. Griffith, your country salutes you! I know Alabama is darn proud of you!
