Cartoon: The Tanning Bed Tax is a Real Shocker
Posted by: | CommentsThe new health care bill has surprised many supporters with the new tanning bed tax. And to think someone had them fooled into believing that great health care bill was going to be 100% free. Shame on those politicians and main stream media sources for telling such lies.
This cartoon, by Rob Smith, Jr., portrays the shock on a ladies face when she realizes she has an added tax on the tanning bed services she uses.

Glenn Beck’s American Revival Incident

This was probably the most amazing experience of the day (and it was all amazing!). An elderly woman needed a doctor in one of the upper levels – at first we all thought the hollering were from protesters, but it becomes obvious that it is something else when people start screaming “doctor.” While the paramedics rush up there, all 8,000 of us are just sort of sitting in silence, when Glenn starts to hum Amazing Grace … and the crowd starts humming and softly singing with him. It was a truly beautiful and moving experience.
For all those ignorant people out there that say what hateful, angry, & horrible people the Tea Party & 912′ers are, they obviously, have never been to an event. I was with 8,000 of them yesterday, and as you can tell by the video they are good, loving, God-fearing AMERICANS!!!!
I am happy to report the poor elderly woman, we were told, is going to be okay. The power of prayer!!!
I apologize for the quality of the video. It was taken with my Blackberry cell video camera (not the highest quality), but I hope I have captured some of that amazing and wonderful experience.
Breaking News: Iowa to Rally Against President During Visit to Iowa City
Posted by: | CommentsI’ve just received word that Tea Party and 912 Project Groups are coming together to rally against President Obama during his visit to Iowa City, Iowa on Thursday March 25, 2010. The President is schedule to speak at 1 PM on Thursday at the University of Iowa and patriots are coming to meet him from all over Iowa, South Dakota, Minnesota, and other states are currently working out plans to attend.
The groups will be coming together at the University of Iowa Field House with the rally scheduled to begin at 12 noon in opposition to the recently passed health care bill and a number of the other legislative promises put forth by the current administration.
Amnesty Bill will be American’s Next Crisis
Posted by: | CommentsIllegal immigration, not to be confused with legal immigration, continues to be a major concern for the majority of America with promises to push an amnesty bill onto the legal citizens of the United States.
H.R. 3580 (Illegal Deduction Elimination Act) has been sponsored by Iowa Congressman Steve King, along with 22 co-sponsors, to address the nations next major crisis, the amnesty bill.
In a press release sent out by King today, he states,
In November 2008, White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel famously said, “You never want a serious crisis to go to waste. And what I mean by that is an opportunity to do things you think you could not do before.” The Obama White House has followed this Rahmism to a tee.
Last year, the Obama administration utilized our economic crisis to nationalize the largest entities they could get their hands on. From General Motors to Chrysler to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac to AIG and three large investment banks, at times President Obama’s domestic agenda appeared no different than Hugo Chavez’s.

Happy First Birthday to The 912 Project

and thank you Glenn Beck and FOX News for doing so much to help wake up America and to get people involved!
Today is the first official birthday of The 912 Project that was started by Glenn Beck and announced on a special “We Surround Them” show on his FOX News program. That nights show helped to rekindle a whole new level of patriotism that has not been seen in the United States for what seems like an eternity.
Immediately following that show, people began forming 912 groups all over the country in an effort to let people know that we are truly the real majority in this country and that we are the ones our lawmakers should be listening to rather than a minority group of progressives. Although Mr. Beck is not responsible for the formation of the Tea Party movement we see today, he and other hosts had a great deal to do with the building of the movement because of this one not so small special “We Surround Them” show Beck held just one year ago.
