Glenn Beck with Hard Hitting and Revealing Newt Gingrich Interview
Posted by: | CommentsGlenn Beck held an open and revealing interview with Newt Gingrich Tuesday morning. Glenn asked many of the questions I’ve seen others bring up, with regards to Mr. Gingrich and concerns of his long history towards his supporting bigger government. Mr. Beck asked the former Speaker of The House and received his answers by Newt. You will have to sort through the political fluff filled responses to find his answers, though.
These are some of the questions and my take on the responses taken from part 1 of this revealing interview:
- Healthcare where Gingrich went down the Theodore Roosevelt road. Newt responds with a more political response that didn’t do a good job of directly answering the question straight up.
- So you wouldn’t have done the GM bailout? Newt’s response was, “no…”
- Glenn addresses his support for ethanol subsidies with Newt justifying his support in a round-about way. Beck continues to address his concerns with any subsidies with Gingrich responding.
- Next was a question with a statement taken directly from Mr. Gingrich on his support for the prescription entitlement program. Newt justifies his support by trying to explain the ultimate goal is to reach a smaller government, which Beck addresses following the initial response he receives by Gingrich.

Sign that is costing the Russells over $7,300
My original plans for today’s update were to expand on the evidence acquired during my in depth investigation into the Russells being sued by the neighborhood homeowner’s association over a “WAKE UP AMERICA – Defend Your Liberties” sign associated with talk radio host Glenn Beck. Rather than provide any updates right now, I will just refer you to a debate now taking place between the HOA President and residents of the Remuda Ranch Estates in the comments section of yesterday’s story.

Look for Clara and Johnnie Russell’s appearance on GBTV during tomorrow’s (11-29-2011) program as they have been invited as a guest on Glenn Beck TV to tell their story about how their Civil Liberties came under attack for a posting this simple sign that has no political motivation other than wanting Americans to wake up and learn how to make educated voting decisions no matter what their party affiliation.

Clara Russell Makes it onto Glenn Beck and Doug Giles to Tell Her Story (Updated)
Posted by: | CommentsAs the Parker County, Texas case continues to unfold, Clara Russell finds her way onto Glenn Beck’s radio program on Tuesday, November 22, 2011 to tell the story about how she and her husband Johnnie were singled out to remove their “Wake Up America” sign while neighbors were proudly displaying signs of all types in their yards.
The interview began with a brief summary of the case by Glenn and then continued with Clara filling in some details.
On Wednesday, November 23, 2011, Mrs. Russell went on the Doug Giles program for a second interview to tell the Russell’s story, that details currently being uncovered in our investigation are seeming to lead to a much broader County wide level of corruption largely based on politics and a good ole’ boys network of the who’s who in Parker County, Texas. Finally, I know everyone might have been expecting a little more of a story today, but today is Thanksgiving Day and I thought I’d have a little heart today. To top it off, it’s not much of a news day anyway. Wishing all our Proud American friends a Happy Thanksgiving!

The Conflicts of Interest Keep Getting More Interesting when in Parker County, Texas
Posted by: | CommentsOne might be asking why I am on this story so hot and heavy? This story isn’t just about issues in Parker County, Texas. It’s a story that is taking place all across the country. It’s a common story of political, or judicial as in this case, assassination of good honest people just like Clara and Johnnie Russell who take great pride in their country instead of being haters of America. Nobody in their right mind would make a judgement of over $7,000 over a measly little sign that was harming nobody if there wasn’t something else to be gained in doing so. Nobody!
With that statement out of the way, let’s move on with today’s discoveries.
It appears a couple of friends in the Parker County, Texas area have been a quite busy since my last update. Perhaps it is an effort to cover up any concerns over a conflict of interest. While Lynn and Kathy may think they have outsmarted everyone, they apparently have forgotten about a handy little ‘Snipping Tool’ that helps us capture screen shots, in addition to the pictures that have already been downloaded.
Judge Lynn Marie Johnson, Just because you cleansed your facebook photo albums, doesn’t mean you’ve managed to get away from that conflict of interest issue that you probably should have excused yourself from. Less than 24 hrs ago this page was full of photo albums which were able to be viewed by the public. Where in the world did they go and what was there to hide in all those photo albums?
The Judge has been busy cleansing her facebook photo albums within the past 24 hrs.
Remember Judge Johnson’s friend Kathy Kornegay Chruscielski? You know, the same lady who is sitting on the Remuda Ranch Estates Homeowners Association board? Hmmm… somebody has decided to make their page private now when it was able to be viewed by the public less than 24 hrs ago.

It sure is beginning to look as if a couple of friends in good ole’ Parker County, Texas are working hard to cover their trail of friendship or just maybe the ‘Conflict of Interest’ issue has them a little concerned. Or, maybe they are just upset that they have been caught red-handed as they worked together at trying to reach into the pockets of Clara and Johnnie Russell to help fill the coffers to keep Remuda Ranch Estates Homeowners Association from going broke. Or, as I mentioned above, this could easily be about something much bigger than the $7,323 the Russells were being stuck with in the judgement against them. The real answer to this mess might just be coming in the next couple of days as more and more continues to be exposed.
Ladies, I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but screenshots have become a handy tool in this day and age of internet cleansing. I bet if you watch this site over the next couple of days, you might just happen to find what is now missing from your facebook pages.
I suppose this would be a good time to make mention that we also have something else up our sleeve that shows what this whole lawsuit was really about and it might have a little something to do with the phone calls that have been placed claiming that the lawsuit against the Russells had nothing at all to do with the content of the sign itself, when in fact, it appears that it did have something to do with the content and a little game of overstepping your powers to squelch free speech because it would be such a terrible thing to ‘Wake Up America’.

This "Wake Up America" sign could cost Russells over $7300
Yesterday started off very hectic for Clara and Johnnie Russell as word of their lawsuit spread around the country after The 912 Project Fan Site and The Blaze decided to do stories about the lawsuit that had been filed against them for posting a sign supporting their local 912 Project group.
After Claire, as Mrs. Russell is otherwise known, had spent a great deal of time trying to get someone to take up her issue and do a story that would help stop all this nonsense she and her husband Johnnie were going through because of their support for the Glenn Beck idea of “Wake Up America”, she stumbled upon me and sent me a message with her story.

After viewing the sign, I couldn’t believe they were being sued over it. It had more to do with my personal ignorance of HOA’s than anything else. I did ask Claire to send me her contact information so I could get more information about her case, which she did. Not long after our conversation began, I decided I had put everything aside and try to help bring some attention to this case. I just don’t like it when good people are attacked by America haters for being proud of their country.
The Parkers, and friends, awaiting the bond hearing
Today, the Russells went back to court after filing an “Inability to Pay” motion. This time they went into the Parker County, Texas Court armed with Attorney Joshua Carden, who had volunteered his services, by their side. Not only did they have Carden there to help them, but there was a small army of patriots, neighbors, and friends who showed up to give the couple their support. While receiving an update with Mrs. Russell tonight, she laughed a little when she was telling me that somebody was even outside holding a sign that said, “Wake Up America”. Much of what she told me tonight, I can’t reveal just yet, but it does sound like the Russells are now finding plenty of support for their being willing to take a stand for the many others who have and will have to go through ordeals like this when living under the strong arm of a Homeowners Association such as that found in the Remuda Ranch Estates Homeowners Association. I continue to applaud them for wanting to take this stand, “because it is just the right thing to do”, as explained by Clara Russell.
Yesterday, The Blaze’s Mike Opelka added a great update on his story about the couple’s suit and provided details of a possible conflict of interest with one of the Remuda Ranch Estates Homeowners Association board members. Claire had called me late last night to explain some things she had uncovered with one of them being that Judge Lynn Marie Johnson and Kathy Kornegay Chruscielski (HOA board member and rotating HOA President) were friends. This should have been an immediate reason for Judge Johnson to have dismissed herself from the case due to conflict of interest.
Yesterday’s major updates for Clara and Johnnie Russell:
- After today’s hearing there was an offer made by the attorney for the HOA, to which the Russells and their attorney have yet to respond to.
- Judge Judy, I mean Judge Lynn Marie Johnson would not permit any recording devices within her courtroom (I wonder what she is afraid of and I’m going to have to look up Texas State law on this to see if recording devices are permitted).
- The Judge also did NOT hand down any rulings today and has postponed her ruling until December 1, 2011.
- Claire informed me that there are ongoing efforts to establish a legal defense fund for the couple to help see them through this (I will provide an update on this as it becomes available).
- So far Clara and Johnnie have spoken with five attorneys (not including others they have not yet spoken with), including Mr. Carden, who have offered their services in their case.
- Liberty Counsel Attorney Matt Krause is looking into possible Constitutional violations
- Last but not least, Claire has been invited to be on Glenn Beck’s Radio and Glenn Beck TV programs today (11/22/2011) where she will be telling her story for wanting to “Wake Up America”.
- Claire has also been invited as a guest on the Doug Giles Clash Radio program this Wednesday (11/23/2011).

Update: Remuda Estates HOA vs Russells Case

The December 1, 2011 postponement date has clearly passed with all evidence being submitted by the parties’ attorneys on that date for review by Justice of the Peace Lynn Marie Johnson. Currently there still has been no known verdict received by the Russell couple or their attorney.

Interesting note: Claire Russell was scheduled to speak at a Parker County Tea Party meeting last night when, to their surprise, Judge Johnson showed up at the meeting with a City Counsel member at her side. After communications with several members of the group last night, nobody is quite sure why Johnson decided to attend her first Parker County Tea Party meeting last night, December 6, 2011. I was told that she had previously, before the Russell case, been given an open invitation to attend a meeting. Members treated her with respect and she did the same during this meeting of the Parker County Tea Party. I will make mention that the issues with this Remuda Estates HOA began long before Judge Johnson took the seat in the Parker County Pct. 4 courtroom.
An interesting comment, by one of the groups members, made regarding the Judge’s attendance last night,
Because of Judge Johnson’s being in attendance, Claire Russell’s attorney, Joshua Carden, advised her to postpone her speaking engagement in an effort to prevent any potential legal repercussions with regards to their current ongoing case to which they have yet to receive judgement on their bond hearing.
Since my last update on this issue, I’ve since learned that Real Estate Agencies have been refusing to list homes from the Remuda Ranch Estates. According to residents of the HOA, this issue dates back to a time previous to the Russell’s case being aired.
