Update: Remuda Estates HOA vs Russells Case

I’m sad to say that we have little for updates at this time. The December 1, 2011 postponement date has clearly passed with all evidence being submitted by the parties’ attorneys on that date for review by Justice of the Peace Lynn Marie Johnson. Currently there still has been no known verdict received by the Russell couple or their attorney.

Interesting note: Claire Russell was scheduled to speak at a Parker County Tea Party meeting last night when, to their surprise, Judge Johnson showed up at the meeting with a City Counsel member at her side. After communications with several members of the group last night, nobody is quite sure why Johnson decided to attend her first Parker County Tea Party meeting last night, December 6, 2011. I was told that she had previously, before the Russell case, been given an open invitation to attend a meeting. Members treated her with respect and she did the same during this meeting of the Parker County Tea Party. I will make mention that the issues with this Remuda Estates HOA began long before Judge Johnson took the seat in the Parker County Pct. 4 courtroom.

Glenn Beck held an open and revealing interview with Newt Gingrich Tuesday morning. Glenn asked many of the questions I’ve seen others bring up, with regards to Mr. Gingrich and concerns of his long history towards his supporting bigger government. Mr. Beck asked the former Speaker of The House and received his answers by Newt. You will have to sort through the political fluff filled responses to find his answers, though.

These are some of the questions and my take on the responses taken from part 1 of this revealing interview:

Healthcare where Gingrich went down the Theodore Roosevelt road. Newt responds with a more political response that didn’t do a good job of directly answering the question straight up.
So you wouldn’t have done the GM bailout? Newt’s response was, “no…”
Glenn addresses his support for ethanol subsidies with Newt justifying his support in a round-about way. Beck continues to address his concerns with any subsidies with Gingrich responding.
Next was a question with a statement taken directly from Mr. Gingrich on his support for the prescription entitlement program. Newt justifies his support by trying to explain the ultimate goal is to reach a smaller government, which Beck addresses

My original plans for today’s update were to expand on the evidence acquired during my in depth investigation into the Russells being sued by the neighborhood homeowner’s association over a “WAKE UP AMERICA – Defend Your Liberties” sign associated with talk radio host Glenn Beck. Rather than provide any updates right now, I will just refer you to a debate now taking place between the HOA President and residents of the Remuda Ranch Estates in the comments section of yesterday’s story.

Look for Clara and Johnnie Russell’s appearance on GBTV during tomorrow’s (11-29-2011) program as they have been invited as a guest on Glenn Beck TV to tell their story about how their Civil Liberties came under attack for a posting this simple sign that has no political motivation other than wanting Americans to wake up and learn how to make educated voting decisions no matter what their party affiliation.

As the Parker County, Texas case continues to unfold, Clara Russell finds her way onto Glenn Beck’s radio program on Tuesday, November 22, 2011 to tell the story about how she and her husband Johnnie were singled out to remove their “Wake Up America” sign while neighbors were proudly displaying signs of all types in their yards.

The interview began with a brief summary of the case by Glenn and then continued with Clara filling in some details.

On Wednesday, November 23, 2011, Mrs. Russell went on the Doug Giles program for a second interview to tell the Russell’s story, that details currently being uncovered in our investigation are seeming to lead to a much broader County wide level of corruption largely based on politics and a good ole’ boys network of the who’s who in Parker County, Texas. The Conflicts of Interest Keep Getting More Interesting when in Parker County, Texas

One might be asking why I am on this story so hot and heavy? This story isn’t just about issues in Parker County, Texas. It’s a story that is taking place all across the country. It’s a common story of political, or judicial as in this case, assassination of good honest people just like Clara and Johnnie Russell who take great pride in their country instead of being haters of America. Nobody in their right mind would make a judgement of over $7,000 over a measly little sign that was harming nobody if there wasn’t something else to be gained in doing so. Nobody!

With that statement out of the way, let’s move on with today’s discoveries.

It appears a couple of friends in the Parker County, Texas area have been a quite busy since my last update. Perhaps it is an effort to cover up any concerns over a conflict of interest. While Lynn and Kathy may think they have outsmarted everyone, they apparently have forgotten about a handy little ‘Snipping Tool’ that helps us capture screen shots, in addition to the pictures that have already been downloaded.

Yesterday started off very hectic for Clara and Johnnie Russell as word of their lawsuit spread around the country after The 912 Project Fan Site and The Blaze decided to do stories about the lawsuit that had been filed against them for posting a sign supporting their local 912 Project group.

After Claire, as Mrs. Russell is otherwise known, had spent a great deal of time trying to get someone to take up her issue and do a story that would help stop all this nonsense she and her husband Johnnie were going through because of their support for the Glenn Beck idea of “Wake Up America”, she stumbled upon me and sent me a message with her story.

Where the rubber use to meet the pavement while traveling down the nations highways, the rubber of the 912 project truck now meets the pavement while parked in waiting for a new chapter to begin in it’s life.

I owe my good friend Art my apologies for taking so long to get this article put together. Those who know both Art and I, know that both of us have shared the same interesting challenges of the same occupation. While having received notice of Mr. Wayland’s latest story, “When God Closes a Door He Opens a Window”, by him along with notices coming from a number of other 912 Project friends since the 6th, the challenges of my occupation have kept me from putting something together to show my high level of support for Art and his wonderful wife and everything the two have done to spread the 9-12 message. Sadly, Art is now being forced to give up his love of the road and the many freedoms it has offered he and his wife as they traveled America’s highways over the years.

Christians join the Progressives in Beck-bashing over Restoring Honor

On 8/28/2010, Glenn Beck held his “Restoring Honor” rally in Washington, DC. It is believed over 500,000 people attended what Beck billed as a non-political event. As he said on his 8/30 television show: “I said the message would be about restoring honor and turning to God. I said the day would be about faith, hope and charity. I told you for a long time the day would be focused on challenging each and every individual so we can restore honor. That’s the key to restoring our country, restoring ourselves first.” Beck’s own words attest that not only was this a non-political rally but that it was a non-denominational rally – spiritually challenging and uplifting, but non-doctrinal to ANY particular religion other than the basic Christian values found in the Bible.

Since Glenn is a known Mormon, there are some on the “Christian”-side who are criticizing him for his audacity in believing that he could or should hold such a rally as the Restoring Honor Rally. Restoring Honor speaks of Faith Hope and Charity

Many Americans from all across the country were anxiously awaiting this day, a day of restoring honor in America with faith, hope, and charity. Glenn Beck announced his intentions almost a year ago at which time he was unsure what he was going to do on the day that was to build a new dream for America. A dream to rebuild an America that once again stands for faith, hope, and charity. The worthy beneficiaries of this great event are the children of our soldiers who have given their all. The four start rated charity, Special Operations Warrior Foundation, received over five million dollars from the event, of which they will be using to provide education, scholarships for surviving children of special operations personnel who have died in the line of duty. Anyone still wishing to make contributions to this worthy cause can do so by visiting their “Make a Donation” page.

Youth Pastor Releases a Hit Sure to Inspire our Youth

A couple of nights I received a message from a guy named Jeremy Dodge who identified himself as a Youth Pastor who had been inspired to write a song about six months ago. He was proud to announce his having recently recorded the music video combo. (I think you will agree with me that the video just adds great character to an already fantastic song.) Just like with every other request, I loaded the video/song combo and began listening… and then listened again… and then listened to it a third time. I then sat back and said to myself, “This is exactly what I’ve been looking for to help reach our youth and let them know it’s alright to take pride in America.” I didn’t stop there. I called to my 14 yr. old son and had him watch it. After the song finished, I asked his thoughts and he said, “That song is cool, Dad.” (He must be a chip off the old block, because that was exactly what I was thinking.)

Glenn Beck’s American Revival Incident

Thank you to reader Angie P. for sending in her report and video of an incident that took place in Orlando, Florida during one of Glenn’s American Revival events.

This video is from Glenn Beck’s American Revival in Orlando on Saturday March 27, 2010.

This was probably the most amazing experience of the day (and it was all amazing!). An elderly woman needed a doctor in one of the upper levels – at first we all thought the hollering were from protesters, but it becomes obvious that it is something else when people start screaming “doctor.” While the paramedics rush up there, all 8,000 of us are just sort of sitting in silence, when Glenn starts to hum Amazing Grace … and the crowd starts humming and softly singing with him. It was a truly beautiful and moving experience.

For all those ignorant people out there that say what hateful, angry, & horrible people the Tea Party & 912′ers are, they obviously, have never been to an event. I was with 8,000 of them yesterday, and as you can tell by the video they are good, loving, God-fearing AMERICANS!!!!

As I sit here writing this article Glenn Beck’s “Arguing with Idiots: How to Stop Small Minds and Big Government” (***Note: This is just one of his many and record breaking Best Sellers) is cracked open at page 77. I am slowly enjoying this one like a fine wine. It’s like an almanac, history, comics, and fact guide describing everything that is wrong with the direction our country has taken and is taking. As with any great critic, gem solutions are sprinkled throughout for the Liberal minded. Conservative readers already know the score.

With the current administration in Washington, Glenn Beck will never run shy of material. He could release Arguing With Idiots Part 2 Christmas Eve and Part 3 consecutively with additional volumes hitting book shelves every 2 months and retain top honors on the New York Times Best Seller List. This is great for Glenn and speaks volumes to his works, but it is also a sad statement of our government follies.

Glenn Beck is able to claim a historical benchmark today as his 5th release, “The Christmas Sweater: A Picture Book“, is set to become another Best Seller as first reported by TVNewser.
