Thank you to twitter friend, @izzysroses, for sharing this funny video of the Republican Presidential Candidates wishing you a Merry Christmas as they dance around the issues while singing, “Rocking Around the Christmas Tree”.

Notes found under the video:

Have fun watching the Republican Presidential Candidates wishing you a Merry Christmas as they sing “Rocking around the Christmas Tree”. Laugh and enjoy this animated performance as we take a break from the critical decisions of choosing our next President. Remember, as Isaiah 9:6 points out, our government and next President will stand on the shoulder of Jesus Christ! Let us choose wisely and seek God’s will as to whom that person will be!

After having received numerous requests to provide an update to AFA’s (American Family Association) 2011 Retailer ‘Naughty and Nice’ Christmas shopping list, I decided I better get on task and get this out for our early Christmas shoppers.

The currently updated list has updates as of November 10, 2011 and does receive regular updates. I did notice a number of changes from last years Naughty and Nice list with an impressive number of retailers being added to the ‘Companies for Christmas’ column. Here at The 912 Project Fan Site we don’t support boycotts, but we do certainly encourage people to make their voices heard by voting with their dollars.

Along with the growth of the Nice Christmas list, have been additions to the Naughty Christmas list. Having been a long time Nascar fan, I am sad to have to report Nascar having been added to this list especially considering the great quality of people who have historically supported Nascar.

Additionally, the Alliance Defense Fund is now offering their assistance to AFA and you in fighting off the many attacks on our Historical and National tradition called Christmas.

ADF details found on the AFA’s site,

On 8/28/2010, Glenn Beck held his “Restoring Honor” rally in Washington, DC. It is believed over 500,000 people attended what Beck billed as a non-political event. As he said on his 8/30 television show: “I said the message would be about restoring honor and turning to God. I said the day would be about faith, hope and charity. I told you for a long time the day would be focused on challenging each and every individual so we can restore honor. That’s the key to restoring our country, restoring ourselves first.” Beck’s own words attest that not only was this a non-political rally but that it was a non-denominational rally – spiritually challenging and uplifting, but non-doctrinal to ANY particular religion other than the basic Christian values found in the Bible.

Since Glenn is a known Mormon, there are some on the “Christian”-side who are criticizing him for his audacity in believing that he could or should hold such a rally as the <a href="http://www.the-912-project.com/2010/09/01/video-restoring-honor-attendees-are-kindest-people-in-dc/"title="Video: Restoring Honor Attendees are Kindest People in DC" target="_self">Restoring Honor Rally. Some accuse him of attempting to fulfill a Mormon prophecy of “Divine Destiny” – the same phrase Beck has used in describing the Founders and the writing of … Read the Entire Story

Who were the attendees who came from all points of America to participate in the Restoring Honor rally? They were people of many races. They were people of many faiths. They WERE… the kindest and most well mannered people America has to offer.

I have talked to many people who attended Glenn Beck’s Restoring Honor rally in Washington, D.C. on 8/28 of 2010 and heard story after story about the compliments they received from workers around the D.C. metro area. They have told me stories about how clean everyone left the grounds. They talked about seeing people reach down and pick up a small piece of paper, maybe a gum wrapper, as the crowd was leaving in everyone’s attempt to leave the grounds as clean, if not cleaner, than they had found it before the crowd came in.

They were complimented time and time again with words like, “we just love it when you people come to town because you are such nice people.” Even with many of the subway escalators being shut down, my friends saw person after person helping the determined elderly folks walk up the stairs from the subways. The city was not only overwhelmed with people … Read the Entire Story

This odd anomaly of a flying V formation of geese as they fly over the Washington, D.C. reflecting pool will be highly debated for years. This fly-over took place just seconds before Glenn Beck’s Restoring Honor rally was set to begin.

The debate that will follow? Was this an act of God that caused these geese to fly in a nearly perfect V formation when all efforts to get a military fly-over and efforts to get a Color Guard presentation to the event had failed? As a person who just doesn’t believe in coincidence, I can’t help to draw my own conclusions of this but I’ll let you be your own judge. Just keep in mind that the event was not based on politics like many had predicted without ANY supporting evidence. Instead it was based on faith. Restoring Honor was an event focused of faith, hope, and charity no matter what others might say about it.

At about the 60 second point in the following video you will see this impressive display of Geese flying in a near perfect V formation over the reflecting pool in a direction from the Washington Monument towards the Lincoln Memorial, where the Restoring … Read the Entire Story

Many Americans from all across the country were anxiously awaiting this day, a day of restoring honor in America with faith, hope, and charity. Glenn Beck announced his intentions almost a year ago at which time he was unsure what he was going to do on the day that was to build a new dream for America. A dream to rebuild an America that once again stands for faith, hope, and charity. The worthy beneficiaries of this great event are the children of our soldiers who have given their all. The four start rated charity, Special Operations Warrior Foundation, received over five million dollars from the event, of which they will be using to provide education, scholarships for surviving children of special operations personnel who have died in the line of duty. Anyone still wishing to make contributions to this worthy cause can do so by visiting their “Make a Donation” page.

While the day has come and gone, the message given at Restoring Honor on 8/28/2010, will stay with us for many years to come now that the Smithsonian Institution has even requested items from the event in order to preserve it as a day in … Read the Entire Story

Monks in Louisiana face jail time if their company, Saint Joseph Woodworks, was to sell their handmade caskets in the state of Louisiana.

The Institute for Justice has accepted the case request by Abbot Brown and his fellow monks to provide them with the authority to sell their caskets within the state of Louisiana. Currently the monks, who have been established in the Gulf South since 1889, are under threat of hefty fines or even jail time for selling their caskets due to protectionism laws put into place by state legislature to protect the funeral cartel of Louisiana.

Current Louisiana law makes it legal to bury the human body straight into the ground or you can also wrap a body in a bed sheet to bury the deceased. Making your own casket or one made by someone else is also legal as long as it is not purchased. However, it is illegal to purchase a casket if the purchase is not make by one of their politically protected and licensed cartel members.

The monks caskets, made by Saint Joseph Woodworks, are simple in nature and are not requested by large numbers of people. The monks of Saint Joseph Abbey … Read the Entire Story

Just a couple of days ago, I had the great fortune of meeting a gentleman by the name of Donald Bowles (a history major). During our conversation, he was eager to show me a letter he had written to Hearst News Service, immediately following the Helen Thomas interview where she loosely exposed her deep-seated hatred towards Israel and Jews. Although she has since apologized for her statement and resigned from the news service, the email still remains current because of the factual history contained within it’s writings.

Mr. Bowles has authorized me to reprint and share his letter with you as seen below:

June 5, 2010

Managing Editor
Hearst News Service
700 12th Street NW
Washington D.C. 20005

Dear Sir:

I recently saw an interview of Helen Thomas making her statement that Jews need to go back to where they came from. I know she apologized but she also needs to be educated concerning the facts. I am a history major and have done considerable research on the matter. Please have Ms. Thomas study up on the facts.

First of all, the Jews have had a much longer history in Palestine than the so called Palestinians. Look it up on

Easter is a day when Christians celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ. It is also the most well attended Sunday for Christian churches.

According to scripture, Christians that Jesus came back to life, or was raised from the dead, three days after his death on the cross. As part of the Easter season, the death of Jesus Christ by crucifixion, is commemorated on Good Friday, always the Friday just before Easter. Through his death, burial and resurrection, Jesus paid the penalty for sin and thus provided all eternal life.

Western Christianity marks the ending of Lent with Easter, a 40-day period of fasting, repentance, moderation and spiritual discipline in preparation for Easter. Lent begins on Ash Wednesday and ends on Easter Sunday. Eastern Orthodox churches observe Lent or Great Lent, during the 6 weeks or 40 days preceding Palm Sunday with fasting continuing during the Holy Week of Easter. Lent for Eastern Orthodox churches begins on Monday and Ash Wednesday is not observed.

A biblical account of Jesus’ death on the cross, or crucifixion, his burial and his resurrection, or raising from the dead, can be found in the following passages of Scripture: Matthew 27:27-28:8; Mark 15:16-16:19; Luke 23:26-24:35; and … Read the Entire Story

Over 200 years ago the United States of America was fought for and founded by bold leadership. It was formed as a republic. It was not founded upon religious principles but with religious freedom. It’s not going to change. In the United State we separate Church and State so that one does not interfere with the other.

The Native Americans, immigrants, descendants of the earliest arrivals to this country over 200 years ago, took a roaming, untapped country (through wars, peace, prosperity and squalor) and built a nation. There were many Nationalities that came together with their differences to produce a thoroughbred country. I understand pride in heritage and also of religion but as of lately, there is a religious disorder that is creeping into everyday American life, causing needless deaths, and creating a heightened awareness of it’s presence (Closing in on a deteriorating negative connotation).

Everyone (when permitted by immigration regulations) able to enter the United States legally, has met some initial difficulties with the English language, embracing American customs, and emulating the America lifestyle. America is the greatest “melting pot” of cultures in the world, but some are not even trying. In fact, practicing members and … Read the Entire Story

Blame Notre Dame (FR. Jenkins) for the Shame of the Obama Game

When I got dressed up all in a satiny white dress, gloves, white patent leather shoes, and my veil to receive my First Communion, I was a proud little Catholic girl. This was oh so many years ago, but the memory is still vividly fresh. It is the first time, dressed up, that a little boy or girl is acknowledged as belonging to the collective body of the church. You are able to assume your place at Communion with the adults. Traditional, celebratory, and piety all rolled into one. No Politics.

Fast forward forty years……
What was that at Notre Dame yesterday? Father Jenkins, after notification by higher authorities of their disapproval of the Obama visit, held a pre-POTUS political speech salted with bits of religious rhetoric at a graduation ceremony. It was completely tacky and a horribly ridiculous vision statement. This is the POTUS with the most opposing view to the Catholic teachings and doctrines. My view with a religious eye is that Father Jenkins was gushing as a father over his petulant child, Obama, with a world introduction to the Catholic populace. This was unacceptable. You … Read the Entire Story
