Perhaps nothing is so annoying to a statist than an individual who places himself in a position of superiority, as opposed to the ancillary function which most statists believe is the proper role of citizens. In the world of statists, citizens are to complement the state by conforming to its every demand, no matter how unreasonable or intrusive. Buckle your seat belt, go outside to smoke, and don’t drink a drop before you get behind the wheel of a car, ever. Be kind, rewind; don’t be a litterbug; say no to drugs; recycle and reuse. Though the state builds roads and bridges with your tax dollars, don’t you dare run the toll booth. Youth Pastor Releases a Hit Sure to Inspire our Youth
By · CommentsA couple of nights I received a message from a guy named Jeremy Dodge who identified himself as a Youth Pastor who had been inspired to write a song about six months ago. He was proud to announce his having recently recorded the music video combo. (I think you will agree with me that the video just adds great character to an already fantastic song.) Just like with every other request, I loaded the video/song combo and began listening… and then listened again… and then listened to it a third time. Pamela Geller Accused of Hate Speech by Paypal
By · CommentsPamela Geller has been reporting since yesterday, June 12th, 2010, that Paypal has sent her a request to remove their buttons from her site or they will close her paypal account. As many of us already know, Geller has taken a hard line stance against the many issues relating to the Jihad attacks against America, Christianity, and Israel.
Pamela and Atlas Shrugs relies on Paypal contributions, by readers, to help pay for bus ads, rallies, and live coverage. She feels that Paypal has picked her out as spewing “Hate Speech” when they (Paypal) were permitting others to display Paypal buttons (which has since been removed) and continue to use their services for real inciters to violence, Jewish genocide, and Revolution Muslim on sites like http://www.revolutionmuslim.com/. Impressive Campaign Ad from the Alabama’s Rick Barber
By · CommentsToday I had a twitter friend who identifies herself as, victoria_29, share with me one of the more impressive campaign ads I’ve seen in quite some time. The candidate is Rick Barber who is running for Congress in a GOP primary runoff in Alabama’s 2nd District July 13th. In the ad Mr. Barber meets with three very important people to discuss the evils of the progressive income tax and its intersection with health care. I’m betting you can figure out just who these people are as you watch the video below.
